About Us

We are located INSIDE Grayling High School, servicing Crawford County adolescents ages 10-21.

We provide medical and mental health services, such as: immunizations, well-child exams, sports physicals, STI testing, pregnancy testing, counseling, and more! Some services can be provided confidentially. No one will be turned away due to inability to pay, and ALL insurances are accepted! If you are uninsured, we can help you sign up for Medicaid/ MI Child.
