These forms, when completed, are sent directly to Rachel's inbox. You may complete them in advance of your child's physical and do not have to wait until the day of your appointment.

If you are coming to conferences tomorrow night at the high school, show up a wee bit early, and join us for a ribbon cutting and open house so we can show you our newly renovated space!

The Viking Wellness Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. We provide Mental Health and Medical services for Crawford-AuSable students ages 10-21. Consent is required for most services.

We accept all insurances. If you are uninsured, we can assist with Medicaid applications!

We are located INSIDE Grayling High School, servicing Crawford County adolescents ages 10-21.

We provide medical and mental health services, such as: immunizations, well-child exams, sports physicals, STI testing, pregnancy testing, counseling, and more! Some services can be provided confidentially. No one will be turned away due to inability to pay, and ALL insurances are accepted! If you are uninsured, we can help you sign up for Medicaid/ MI Child.
