Thankfully, we have seen a dramatic decrease in Flu and Covid🙌🏻🙌🏻

❗️We have seen a huge increase in stomach viruses, allergy issues, and what appears to be adenovirus.❗️

Things to keep in mind about adenovirus:

- it’s a virus can cause mild to severe infection throughout your body.
- most commonly affect your respiratory system. -These infections can cause symptoms similar to the common cold or flu.
-Most adenovirus infections are mild and require only symptom relief for treatment.
-typically lasts 5-7 days.
-antibiotics will NOT make this better.

🌿 Seasonal Allergies or Sinus Infection?

How to Tell the Difference

This time of year a lot of people start feeling congestion, headaches, and sinus pressure. But how do you know if it’s seasonal allergies or a sinus infection? They can feel very similar, but there are some key differences.

Pain/pressure + thick mucus + possible fever = possible sinus infection.

Clear draining, itchy eyes, itchy ears, no fever=seasonal allergies.

If symptoms last more than 10 days, worsen after improving, or include significant facial pain or fever, it may be time to see us.
