Take time each day to give to your health. The older version of you will thank you 💖

Make it functional. Because you want to be able to:

Get off the toilet by yourself (squats)

Get off the floor independently (flexibility and overall strength)

Pull yourself up if you fell (pull)

Push something off/away from you in an emergency (push)

Walk briskly/run to safety or chase your grandchildren around (cardio)

Climb steps (quad strength to protect knees)

Bend over to pick up what you dropped (hinge movements)

I promise you will be grateful you did 💪🏼🦵🏽😅
