We’re excited to invite you to our upcoming Growing Families Day on Sunday, October 12th, 2025, from 1:00–3:00 PM at LifeWorks Studio in Great Barrington!

This free community event is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other families and meet local practitioners who offer valuable support during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Whether you’re expecting, parenting a newborn, or continuing to grow your family, this event is designed to help you build connections and discover helpful resources.
You’ll have the chance to meet with a range of care providers, including:
Doulas

Massage therapists

Acupuncturists

Local family support services

And more

Roll With It - a 45 minute pilates inspired class using both large stability ball and small core ball. This class blends dynamic stretching, focused core work, and balance challenges to imporve flexibility, posture, and functional strength.
