🎉 WHAT A WEEK FOR KANSAS CPR TRAINING! 🎉

We are feeling incredibly grateful as we wrap up another busy and rewarding week doing what we love most—training amazing people across Kansas ❤️

👉 Wednesday was a full day at our office with two classes—morning and evening—with the Barton County Youth Organizations (Boys & Girls Homes).
We’ve been working with this group for several years now, and they are always a highlight for us!
Their passion, attentiveness, and the thoughtful questions they ask truly make every class enjoyable. We are so thankful for the continued partnership and look forward to many more trainings together!

👉 Thursday morning, we hit the road again to Dodge City for another class with Bright Beginnings Early Childhood Development.
Although it was a smaller class, it was incredibly engaging from start to finish. A huge thank you to Sophia for helping translate—your support made a big difference!
We truly appreciate this team and are excited to be heading back for more trainings in June and July!

👉 After making the trip back home, we jumped right into an evening class in Great Bend with Bright Beginnings by ABCC, training some of their new staff.
Another fantastic group! We want to give a special shoutout to Debbie Stephens for the amazing job she’s done, and we’re excited to see Sierra Burkes step into her new role—we know she’s going to do great things!
We’re looking forward to continuing to work with them and the other daycares opening soon!

👉 And we didn’t slow down there…
We wrapped up the week with:
✔ An in-home training for a daycare provider in Great Bend
✔ A one-on-one session at our office with someone traveling in from Dodge City
✔ AND spending time behind the scenes planning an EXCITING NEW SERVICE that we can’t wait to share with you soon 👀🔥

❤️ We truly love what we do and feel incredibly blessed to serve our local communities AND travel across Kansas providing life-saving training.

🙌 Thank you to every organization, business, and individual who trusts us—you are the reason we get to do this every day!

🔥 What a week… and we’re ready for another one! 🔥

👉 Be the reason someone survives.

🚑 Continuing a Busy Week with a New Partnership

Kansas CPR Training continued a busy week by working with a new client right here in Great Bend.

On Tuesday morning, we had the opportunity to provide a CPR & First Aid training class for the Central Kansas Community Corrections team.

This was a very engaging and productive class, filled with thoughtful discussion and insightful questions. The group demonstrated a strong commitment to learning, and it was clear they take their responsibility to help others seriously.

We truly enjoyed our time with them and left confident that they are well-prepared to step up and respond in an emergency when needed.

We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to work with this organization and look forward to building a strong partnership and working together again in the future.

🚑🌟 Kicking Off a Busy Week the Right Way!

After a busy weekend in Oklahoma City completing new instructor training, Kansas CPR Training jumped right back into action to start what’s shaping up to be another busy week!

🏢 Monday Evening – Right Here at Our Office

We hosted a CPR & First Aid class with 10 great participants who traveled in from all across Kansas — including Liberal, Ness City, Salina, Quinter, and right here from Great Bend.

We always love seeing people come from different communities with one shared goal — learning how to respond when it matters most.

👏 This group brought great energy, stayed engaged throughout the entire class, and asked a lot of thoughtful questions. It made for a fun, interactive training where everyone really got involved and built confidence in their skills.

By the end of the class, everyone walked away feeling prepared and ready to handle an emergency situation if it ever arises.

And of course… we made sure to keep everyone fueled with snacks and refreshments along the way! 🍪🥤

🚗💨 The week is just getting started…

Be sure to follow along and see where else across Kansas we’ll be this week as we continue training and helping communities stay prepared.

👀 Do you remember this…?

A couple of weeks ago, there was an incident where an individual in Great Bend walked out into their front yard with a rifle and began shooting at passing cars… and then at law enforcement when they arrived.

Now think about this for a moment…

There was an elementary school down the street.
There was a church nearby.

What if that situation had taken a different turn?

What if that individual had walked into one of those buildings?

👉 Would people know what to do?
👉 Is there a plan in place?
👉 Would staff and volunteers be prepared to respond?

These are tough questions… but they are real questions.

🚗 This past weekend, Joey and I traveled to Oklahoma City to complete our instructor training for a brand-new service that Kansas CPR Training will soon be offering.

And we can tell you this…

🔥 This training is powerful.
🔥 This training is needed.
🔥 We could not find any other organizations in Kansas that are offering this service.

Just like everything we do, this will be:

✅ Professional
✅ Flexible scheduling (any day, any time — even weekends)
✅ Built for real-world situations

⏳ We’re getting VERY close to sharing everything…

And when we do, we truly believe this will be something that can help protect lives and strengthen communities across Kansas.

📣 Stay tuned… the official announcement is coming very soon.

🚑💨 Off to a Busy (and Fun!) Start This Week!

It’s been a great start to the week for Kansas CPR Training, and we’ve been back on the road doing what we love — teaching, traveling, and meeting amazing people.

🏡 Monday Night – Derby, KS
We kicked things off with an in-home daycare training in Derby, working with 4 employees. This was our second time training this group, and just like before, we had a wonderful evening with them.

It was also some serious windshield time getting there… but hey, that just means more time for some great music and road trip vibes! 🎶🚗

We truly appreciate our repeat customers and the trust they place in us!

⛪ Tuesday Night – Salina
Then we headed to Salina for a class at a Hispanic church called Aliento De Vida — which translates to “Breath of Life.” How fitting is that?! 🙌

We were asked to train members of their congregation who help care for children, and this group was an absolute blast.

I had to laugh right away… the first lady who walked in looked at me and asked if I spoke English. I said “no”… and you should have seen the look on her face 😳😂 She spoke little to no English and was trying to figure out how this was all going to work!

Thankfully, I had an incredible interpreter, Ruth Munoz, who I’ve worked with before through another daycare in Salina. She is a wonderful person and a member of the church, and I am so grateful for her help translating throughout the class.

We had 13 people attend, and they were engaged, asked great questions, and truly enjoyed the training. We’re already planning to return for a more specialized training with this group!

🏥 Wednesday – Great Bend
To wrap up the midweek stretch, we stayed local and returned to Medicalodges Great Bend for another staff training.

We had 10 people attend, including several new team members, and it was another great class. A big thank you to Interim Executive Director Fred Hermes for reaching out and having us back!

❤️ Weeks like this are why we love what we do.

Different locations… different groups… but the same goal every time —
helping people feel confident and prepared to save a life.

📞 Need training for your team?
We travel across Kansas and offer classes any day of the week — including evenings and weekends.

🚗💨🎉 What a Way to Close Out a Busy Week!

It’s been a full, fun, and incredibly productive week for Kansas CPR Training, and we wrapped it up by doing what we love most… traveling across Kansas and teaching life-saving skills.

📍 Friday – Plainville, KS

We hit the road and traveled to Plainville to provide a Pediatric CPR & First Aid class for daycare providers with USD 270 Plainville.

We had 8 wonderful people attend the class — a great group of young ladies who were engaged from start to finish. They asked thoughtful questions, participated in the hands-on training, and really focused on building their skills to help keep the kids in their care safe.

And I have to share one moment that made me laugh…

One of the attendees came up to me and said she enjoyed the class because I reminded her of Will Ferrell…

Now I’m not sure if that’s a compliment or not… 😂
…but I’ll take it!

📍 Sunday – Kingman, KS

We continued our road trip on Sunday and headed back to Kingman to provide a public CPR & First Aid class at a really neat venue called The Hangar, located right on a beautiful main street.

We had 12 people attend, and this group brought a great mix of energy, focus, and willingness to learn. They were engaged, asked great questions, and really worked hard during the hands-on portions of the class. It’s always rewarding to see people gain confidence as the class goes on — and this group did exactly that.

By the end, you could tell they felt more prepared and ready to step in and help if an emergency ever happens.

❤️ Weeks like this remind us why we love what we do.

We get the opportunity to travel across Kansas, meet amazing people, build relationships, and help communities become safer — one class at a time.

📞 Want to schedule a class for your business, organization, or community?
We offer flexible scheduling and can come to you any day of the week — including evenings and weekends.

👉 Give us a call at 620-786-5372 or reach out to get your class scheduled.

Another busy week…
Another group of Kansans ready to step up and save a life.

🎉🚑 What a Way to Wrap Up Spring Break Training!

Thursday morning Kansas CPR Training made one final trip back to Hutchinson to wrap up our Spring Break CPR & First Aid training series with the Hutchinson Recreation Commission.

And what a great way to finish the week!

Our final class had 8 kids attend, traveling in from Hutchinson, Mount Hope, Haven, and Burrton.

This group was an absolute blast to work with. They brought great personalities, asked a lot of thoughtful questions, and really soaked up the knowledge and hands-on skills we shared with them.

It’s always inspiring to watch young people realize that they have the ability to help someone in a medical emergency. By the end of the class, these kids walked out the door more confident, more knowledgeable, and ready to step up if someone ever needs help.

We truly appreciate the opportunity to partner with the Hutchinson Recreation Commission each year to offer these Spring Break classes. Programs like this help empower young people and make communities safer.

👏 Thank you again to Hutch Rec for inviting us back.
We’re already looking forward to the next time we get to work together!

Another great week of training…
Another group of kids ready to step up and help save a life.

🌟🚑 Spring Break Looks a Little Different Around Here…

While many kids are enjoying spring break by sleeping in or playing video games, a group of awesome young people in Hutchinson decided to spend part of their break learning how to save a life.

This week Kansas CPR Training was back at the Hutchinson Recreation Commission for their annual Spring Break CPR & First Aid classes for kids, and once again it was an incredible experience.

We had another full class with 12 kids attending, coming from Hutchinson and McPherson — and let me tell you, this group was over-the-top excited to be there for training!

From the moment we started, they were locked in, asking a ton of great questions, and really wanting to learn the skills needed to help someone in an emergency. Honestly, I think we could have stayed another two hours and they would have loved every minute of it.

Watching young people become excited about learning life-saving skills is something that never gets old.

We are incredibly thankful and grateful to the Hutchinson Recreation Commission for inviting us back each year to teach these classes for the kids. Programs like this help build stronger, safer communities by teaching the next generation how to step up and help others.

📣 Attention other Kansas communities…

If you would like to bring a similar CPR & First Aid program for kids to your hometown, we would love to help make that happen.

📞 Contact us and let’s set something up for your community.

Because when kids learn these skills early…
❤️ entire communities become better prepared to save a life.

🚑🎉 What a Busy and Awesome Day for Kansas CPR Training!

Yesterday was one of those days that reminds us why we love what we do.

🌅 The day started bright and early as we hit the road to Hutchinson to provide our annual CPR & First Aid training for kids with the Hutchinson Recreation Commission.

This year marks our 4th year working with this fantastic organization, and the Tuesday class kicked off in a big way!

We had 12 kids attend the class, coming from Hutchinson, South Hutchinson, McPherson, and Abbyville.

👏 What a great group of kids!
They were locked in from the start, asked a lot of fantastic questions, and really worked hard to learn the skills that could one day help save a life.

We’re excited to head back for the next two days of classes and see how many more kids are ready to step up and learn these important life-saving skills!

🏃‍♂️ But the day wasn’t over yet…

After finishing the class in Hutchinson, we hustled back to our office to provide CPR & First Aid training for a family daycare group. We had three family members attend, and it was especially meaningful because we have had the opportunity to train them before.

❤️ We are incredibly grateful for our repeat customers who continue to place their trust in us to provide the best CPR and First Aid training for their families and businesses.

One of the things people appreciate most is our flexible schedule. Because we are a full-time training company, we can provide classes any day of the week — including evenings and weekends — to fit your schedule.

🎉🚑 What a Fantastic Saturday Morning!

Saturday morning Kansas CPR Training had the pleasure of teaching another CPR & First Aid class for daycare providers at Hutchinson Community College in Hutchinson — and this one was record-breaking!

We set a new record for this group with 16 participants attending the class! 🙌

We had amazing daycare providers join us from several communities including Hutchinson, Newton, Buhler, and Sterling. It’s always wonderful to see people come together from different towns with the same goal — learning skills that can save lives.

This was truly a fantastic group of people, and we had an absolute blast working with them. Throughout the class we shared personal stories, exchanged a lot of knowledge, practiced hands-on skills, and had some great conversations along the way.

The group stayed fully engaged the entire time, asked excellent questions, and really focused on mastering the skills needed to respond in an emergency. By the end of the class, everyone left with the confidence to step up and handle a stressful medical situation if it ever happens.

❤️ We truly appreciate each and every person who takes the time to attend one of our classes. Your commitment to being prepared helps make our communities safer for the children and families you serve every day.

And the momentum continues…
Kansas CPR Training has a very busy week ahead, so stay tuned because we’ll be sharing more exciting training stories very soon!
