So proud of this kid (Jordan Kitch)!

Last time he added 2 inches to his vertical, and this time he added another 1 inch — steady, real progress.

But what I really don’t want to overlook is his 4.56-inch improvement in his standing broad jump! That’s huge.

Speed work is some of the toughest to improve, yet he still managed to shave time off both his 30-yard dash and pro agility. Incredible work.

Sports performance is one of my favorite things to train, and Jordan is the perfect example of why. He works hard, listens, and earns every bit of success he gets.

Best of luck this basketball season, Jordan — go show them what you’ve got! 🏀🔥
