I don’t just provide massage therapy.
I receive it.
Every single week.
If I expect my clients to invest in their recovery, mobility, stress relief, and long-term function… I need to hold myself to the same standard.
Massage isn’t a luxury.
It’s maintenance.
As a therapist, I spend my days giving — physically and mentally. Staying on the table keeps my hands sharp, my body functioning, and my perspective honest. It reminds me what vulnerability feels like. It reminds me what quality care feels like.
You can’t preach what you don’t practice.
Whether you’re training hard, working long hours, managing stress, or simply aging like the rest of us — consistent bodywork matters more than waiting until something hurts.
I believe in this craft.
That’s why I invest in it myself.
