🌱Infant & Pediatric Massage🌱
Infant & Pediatric Massage is a gentle, intentional practice with ancient roots, supported by modern research for promoting secure attachment and whole child well-being.
🌟Why Infant & Pediatric Massage?
What traditions have known, research continues to show: therapeutic touch has a profound impact on little ones improving sleep and digestion, reducing stress, and supporting regulation.
For infants, consistent safe touch can help promote secure attachment, strengthening the bond between caregiver and baby.
For older children, massage becomes child-led, giving them a voice in what feels safe and comfortable.
🪴Who It Supports:
✨ Infants (0–12 months)
✨ Toddlers & young children
✨ Neurodivergent children
✨ Children experiencing anxiety and sleep challenges
✨ Caregivers interested in applying traditional and evidence-based approaches that support secure attachment and overall health
🧸What Sessions Look Like:
My approach is calm, attuned, and centered around the unique needs of each child. Parents and caregivers are involved throughout the session so the benefits carry home, strengthening connection far beyond the treatment room.
