What a positive message for this full moon! I am just loving this energy!

Full moon’s are a powerful time to set intentions. With this one being such a harmonious one, why not take this opportunity to get out and celebrate with the full moon’s energy!

What will you release with this full moon? What has been holding you back? What joys have you been missing out on?

Make a list of what you want to release from your life. Burn it and as the smoke rises see it being taken away from your life.

Now the fun part! Write what you want to bring into your life! As you write each detail, feel as if it has already happened! Are you happy? Excited? Do you feel calmer? Do you feel your dreams coming true and you are at peace?

Now go do something to celebrate this beautiful energy of the full moon 🌕! Be a kid and have uncensored fun! Go and howl at the moon !

Are you ready to start your healing journey?

It starts by your thoughts. If we are constantly thinking or saying I am sick. You will keep attracting more symptoms. You will stay sick. Do you use negative self talk ? Did you know that the mind hears the negative thoughts or words you say and it becomes a limiting belief that our bodies then respond to as truth?

Your thoughts and words are a very powerful tool! Will you use them to heal or keep you sick?
We always have a choice. What will you choose ?

Start your day off in gratitude. When we think about the things or love ones that we are grateful for, we let go of the fear that is limiting us from healing and growing. We attract more positive things to us.

Sometimes we all need a little help. To ask for help is actually a good sign that you aren’t as lost as you thought. 💗
