The sun is out and it is beautiful!

Now today might be a little tricky. If you feel an argument brewing, take a set back and just breathe.
Pick your battles. Maybe the other person is just having a rough day and it seems to be coming in your direction.
Maybe you are the one having a rough day, you just want to yell get out of my way! Instead take a deep breath and let it go. Stop and think about something you are grateful for. This takes us out of the negative state that our thoughts get stuck in.

So with the Moon is opposing Jupiter, this can trigger our emotions to overflow kind of like knocking over your coffee cup and spilling it out in all directions!

Today would be a good day to journal instead of sharing these feelings with others that might be tied up with their own emotions.
