A great Therapeutic Thursday! Sun is shining and life in recovery really comes down to asking myself—am I moving from fear or from love? Staying grounded in healthy routines helps me keep my side of the street clean and to be okay with myself today. There’s a lot of peace in life right now, and I hope you’re able to soak it in too. Life at the ranch invites us to slow down and simply be still. Watching baby Rock the Highland bull and Benny the bird take in the day is a gentle reminder of God’s creation—wonderfully and fearfully made. In moments like this, surrounded by nature and peace, sobriety feels safe, sacred, and full of gratitude. What a beautiful day to just be still and know all is well. :)!……..

Family Week at Rocky is a powerful reminder that healing begins with forgiveness and grows through the courage to let go. It means leaning into uncomfortable conversations, accepting constructive feedback, and meeting one another with honesty and grace. In doing so, we find balance, leveling, and a deeper love—one that supports all who are willing to live and let live. This is the work of recovery, and it’s how a new life of sobriety takes root and thrives. We encourage you to reach out to family and be a part of this journey together. Share the love and what has been freely given. :)!……..

Today’s commencement theme is connection, and recovery taught me just how sacred that is. I didn’t make it here on my own—connection carried me when I couldn’t carry myself.

Looking back on my life, I do so with humility and gratitude, knowing I made it. Not by strength alone, but by the grace of God, there go I.

Recovery showed me that healing happens when we stay connected—to faith, to people, and to purpose. And that connection makes all the difference. :)!…….

Consistency in recovery is everything.

On the days that feel too good and on the days that feel really bad—especially when I don’t feel like it—I still show up. I keep my routine. I keep my program of recovery a priority. Not because it’s easy, but because my sobriety depends on it.

No matter what, I make the choice that I will not use—just for today. And I’m okay with life as it is. I don’t need to escape it anymore.

Sobriety is priceless.
And at Rocky, we don’t just talk about recovery—we live it. We implement the truth that this is possible, one day at a time.

💪✨
