Happy Monday! As we finish out the year, we choose courage - standing firm on the foundation of recovery that’s been built one day at a time. Sobriety isn’t just about making it through; it’s about staying encouraged, grounded, and hopeful no matter what comes our way. Keep leaning into the process, trusting the work, and moving forward with purpose. We’ve come too far not to finish strong. Endure all things with a grateful heart knowing you are worth recovery. :)!……..

Truth be told - You made it. The Christmas Day has passed, the noise settles, and life continues in a quieter, more peaceful way. Recovery teaches us that peace doesn’t come from perfection , but from progress and consistency.

There’s something deeply comforting about knowing that when we work a program of recovery, sobriety becomes lasting - not just for the season, but for life. One day at a time, we choose life, peace, and honesty and truth. Life is blessed on this side of recovery and your doing. Keep going! .🙂:)!…….

The holidays can feel frantic and overwhelming, but staying connected and protecting our sanity matters. When we slow down, stay present, and choose peace, we keep the Christmas spirit alive. There is so much to be grateful for and not having to go from chaos to chaos is a blessing in disguise. There is time to reflect forgive and keep on loving one day at a time. To live and let live is to be okay with what is. Life is good today. :)!……

The Christmas season can bring up a lot,
We want to remind you that your sobriety is worth it every moment you’re sober . While going through this season, Please remember to pick up the phone, call a friend, go to a meeting. Stay connected and remember you’re not alone.
And for those of you that this is your first SOBER CHRISTMAS, the season can also feel daunting — filled with unfamiliar emotions, challenging social situations, and the temptation of old habits.

Just remember these are feelings and they too shall pass! What are your greatest Christmas memories? I know just being at peace with those I love is a blessing to life. :)!…….

Family Week at Rocky! A day of crossing the bridge and looking into a new life. With heads up and minds clear, recovery is about gaining a new perspective on life and living in the solution of addiction. Though inward emotions may hinder growth, the ability to connect and release those emotions through words is like cleaning house and beginning a new. Life is so much lighter when I can express through words how I feel and keep moving forward in the right direction without the use of substances to cope. :)!……..
