Things are probably about to get a whole lot busier for the next several weeks - and a whole lot more tempting, too 🦃🎄🎊

But even while there are parties and treats galore, your movement routines don’t have to go by the wayside. And even if you end up missing a few sessions, that doesn’t mean you have to skip them all.
