Leslie’s next Pilates instructor training course is coming up - Balanced Body Mat 1 is NEXT weekend, and you can join us in the studio in Great Falls or online from the comfort of your own home.

Mat 1 teaches the foundation of the Pilates method, including beginner & intermediate exercises and how to design and teach group classes. The things you MUST understand well to be a great Pilates teacher!
