Quitting is the easy option. Not even trying to do the thing is the easiest option.
This goes with everything in life, and especially on the spiritual journey.
Especially when it comes to you. It's just easy to not even try to heal, shift, or grow. It's easy to just give up, to stop. And it's easy to stay stuck.
But that's the easy way out, and we weren't created or put onto this spiritual path in this lifetime to just take the easy way out.
Oh no. We're here to take a good hard look at those excruciatingly painful, wounded, stubborn parts of ourselves. Our own worst pains, sufferings, shadows, traumas, fears, and wounds.
We're here to learn the stories that those parts of ourselves need to tell us in order to heal. There's always a story. Always a "This is what happened that caused all that". Always thought patterns, beliefs, assumptions, and behaviors to shift out of.
We're put onto this planet, in this life, at this exact time, to learn to love those parts of ourselves fiercely. To do those hard things. To never, ever give up. To never ever stop. Pause/rest yes. Stop/quit no.
It's not easy. Still isn't even all these years later. But it's a heck of a lot better now than it ever was before. It gets better. That's a promise. It truly does get better.
But if you ever, ever, doubt that you can do this, even for a minute, I'm here to tell you that you can. You absolutely f**king can. Other people are out there doing it. Are you any less capable or worthy than they are? No you absolutely are not. If you need the support and the somebody who believes in you and can guide you through it, I'm here. Message me. I mean it. Let's do this.
For a very limited time, sessions are 50% off, so it's a wonderful time to use this special opportunity to move you forward through and out of whatever sh*t you're currently experiencing. Let's get you healed and living the life you dream of!
With love,
Sarah
Ps: picture is one I took of the Mammoth Falls at the northern part of Yellowstone National Park. Hubby and I went there last weekend for our 5th year wedding anniversary. We're blessed to live 5 hours from it. If you've never been, it's absolutely worth the trip!
