Please help us welcome Joe Lilienthal, Executive Director, to Missouri River Center! Joe has been the Administrator at Glacier Care Center in Cut Bank where he led that team to achieve the Bronze and Silver Quality Awards through the American Healthcare Association. He also oversaw the large and complex Eagle Cliff Healthcare Community in Billings under Welcov Healthcare. After the change of ownership, he started to work as interim in Oregon. When the opportunity came up to oversee Missouri River Center, Joe was eager to apply! He is a leader who praises common sense and excels at communicating. Please join us in welcoming Joe!

Missouri River would like to shine a very special light on a very special employee. Theresa Proud and her three children spent some time over Christmas delivering hand made, personalized cards to the residents at Missouri River. They brought so much joy and happy emotions to the center that day. Staff and Residents want to shout from the rooftop their gratitude for Theresa and her children and show the kindness, selflessness, and cheer they brought to Missouri River on this day. Theresa also spends her time writing poetry and delivered a beautiful poem she wrote about their visit......

Here at the Manor many residents are homebound, but if we deliver handmade Christmas cards, surely love will surround.

Let's put a smile upon their lonely faces said three little siblings running down the hall as though competing in races.

The two little girls and a boy ages seven, five and three explored the Manor halls with their mother with curiosity and glee.

As the handmade cards were delivered with Merry Christmas wishes, the wheelchaired man's eyes became misty as he exchanged hugs and kisses.

Who was touched more I dare not say, was it the mother, the children or the resident that day?

There are angels among us this I know, so let's keep Christmas alive and may our hearts be all aglow.

THANK YOU THERESA FOR SHOWING THE TRUE MEANING OF CHRISTMAS THIS YEAR! YOU ARE AN INSPIRING INDIVIDUAL AND ARE SETTING AN OUTSTANDING EXAMPLE FOR ALL THOSE AROUND YOU!
