The end of the year naturally makes us look back at where we’ve been and consider what we’d like to adjust moving forward. For most of us, that comes down to habits.

Maybe it’s moving your body more and supporting recovery with Deep Blue Rub.
Maybe it’s getting consistent with supplements, like the Lifelong Vitality Pack.
Maybe it’s focusing on gut health with PB Restore and TerraZyme.

Whatever you’re working toward, there are supportive tools that can help you build the life you want to feel.

So I’m curious:
What is one thing you want to add next year?
Or one thing you’re ready to let go of?

As the year comes to a close, it’s a natural time to pause and check in with yourself. Whether you’re someone who sets resolutions or you prefer to move more intuitively, a fresh year can be a chance to reflect and reset.
Here’s a blend to support that process. Apply it, sit somewhere quiet, and take a few minutes to write down what you’re proud of from this year and what you’d like to welcome in for the next. Let it be honest, simple, and just for you.

Manifest Roller Blend
In a 10 ml roller bottle combine:
- 6 drops Wild Orange
- 5 drops Clary Sage
- 3 drops Cypress
- 2 drops Bergamot
- 1 drop Siberian Fir

Top with a carrier oil and apply over the heart.

If you feel comfortable sharing:
What is one thing you’re proud of from this year?
And one thing you want to call in next year?

Cooking and baking with essential oils can bring out such warm, layered flavor. This baked apple streusel is a great example of that cozy winter taste.

You will need:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons cold butter
- 1 drop Cinnamon Bark
- 1 drop Ginger
- 1 drop On Guard
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, dates, cranberries, or cherries)
- 4 large baking apples

Heat the oven to 350°F. Mix the oats, flour, and brown sugar, then cut in the cold butter until crumbly. Add the essential oils and dried fruit and place the mixture in the refrigerator. Core the apples and place them in a baking dish. Pack each apple with the streusel mixture. Bake for about 40 minutes.

Simple, warm, and a little nostalgic.

I really do love adding essential oils to beverages, especially when I want something simple that still feels special. This Cranberry Lime mocktail is one of those drinks that takes almost no time to put together but tastes bright and refreshing.

You will need:
- Cranberry juice
- Sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
- Ice
- Lime essential oil
- Optional: sliced limes and cranberries for garnish

Fill a glass with ice. Pour sparkling water or soda halfway, then fill the rest of the glass with cranberry juice. Add one drop of Lime essential oil and stir. Garnish if you’d like it to look a little festive.

It’s an easy drink to serve to guests or just enjoy at home!

If the kids are home and you need something fun and hands-on, this DIY snow is always a hit. Whether you actually have snow outside or not, the texture and scent make this activity a cozy winter project.

You will need:
- 1 lb baking soda
- Shaving cream (unscented works best)
- 2 drops Lavender (or another essential oil you prefer)

Lay down a blanket or tablecloth for easy cleanup. Add the baking soda to a large bowl, then slowly add shaving cream, mixing and kneading until you reach a fluffy snow-like texture. You can mix in a little glitter if you want some sparkle. Add your essential oil and continue to knead.

When finished, just shake out the blanket and vacuum any leftover pieces.

Christmas Eve feels like the perfect day to slow things down a little and create a cozy atmosphere at home. Whether you’re wrapping last-minute gifts, cooking, or simply settling in with family, scent can make such a difference in how the space feels.

Here’s a blend that brings together the calm of evergreen, the grounding of Frankincense, and the brightness of citrus. It’s simple, but it fills the room in a way that feels warm and joyful.

Merry & Bright Diffuser Blend
- 3 drops Northern Escape
- 2 drops Frankincense
- 2 drops Citrus Bliss
Let it run in the background and notice how the energy shifts. It’s one of my favorites for keeping the mood light, peaceful, and connected.

What are you doing today? Cozy at home or out and about?

Here’s a fun and thoughtful project: Bath Salt Ornaments. These make beautiful gifts and look really pretty when packaged.

You will need:
- Round plastic ornaments
- 1 cup Epsom salts
- Your favorite essential oil

Place the Epsom salts in a bowl. If you want to add color, mix in a small amount of skin-safe colorant. You can also add dried herbs or flower petals for a little extra detail. Add 5 to 10 drops of your essential oil and stir well. Fill the ornament with the mixture and replace the top.
When it’s time to use, the whole ornament can be poured into a warm bath.

Who comes to mind that would love receiving one of these as a gift?

There are so many ways to bring that warm, cozy, gingerbread scent into your home, and these two DIYs are perfect for that. One is a Gingerbread Sugar Scrub and the other is Gingerbread Bath Bombs. Think: self-care meets holiday baking vibes.

Both can be used for yourself (no shame in that) or packaged up for a thoughtful handmade gift. They smell incredible, feel luxurious, and are surprisingly simple to make.

So now the real question:

Are you making the scrub, the bath bombs, or both?
And are they for gifting… or keeping? Me? I’d keep at least one.
