🚨 Can you pass this Shoulder Mobility Test?

Try reaching one arm behind your back like this. If you can’t reach comfortably or feel tightness, your shoulder mobility may be limited ❌

Your shoulder needs two key movements:
1️⃣ Shoulder Extension
2️⃣ Shoulder Internal Rotation

If either is limited, reaching behind your back can feel stiff or difficult.

💪 Better shoulder mobility = easier daily movement, less stiffness, and lower injury risk.
