For many years my MOM may she rest in peace came to Marathon PT at age 90 she walked and did all her PT here at Marathon PT.She always said so much good about Marathon PT.And now I need PT im hereWow no wonder my mom loved it here.Healing hands Great positive energy.My DPT Tasnim is so involved with you and Daniel watching and learning every movement abd amazing how he knows names of every muscle and bone in the body wow what a team im blessed to be healed by thus team of angels.Don't start with the lollipop in the fron addictive. In short if it hurts come here they fix you up.

1️⃣ Cable-Assisted Single-Leg Squat — isolate and control one leg at a time while keeping balance and tension 🎯
2️⃣ Weighted Forward Lunge Lean — engage your quads and core as you shift forward holding a dumbbell 💥
