“Good vibes only” had been on my naughty list for a long time, so I’ve been loving the exposure that “toxic positivity” has been receiving lately. I was delighted to come across and all these wonderful examples of reframing, checking the underlying message and focusing on “mindful positivity”. Really some great resources on this page.

In this workshop, you will gain insight into how you can be a more present and calm parent. You will have opportunities to learn mindfulness techniques, reflect on your family’s needs and set purposeful intentions for your self, your partnership and your family unit.

This two-part workshop is packaged as one offering. Recordings and material will be available if you are unable to attend one of the dates.

Mistakes can be corrected, roads can be added or repaved, new construction will pop up. What kind of map would you like to give to your children? Yourself?
