🎉 Closing Out an Incredible Year! 🎉

As 2025 comes to a close, we are so proud of our amazing managers and staff who go above and beyond—not only caring for our physicians and patients, but also giving back to the community with generous hearts.
This year, thanks to the incredible support of our doctors, patients, and team, we raised over $14,000 for Breast Cancer research and support. 💗

The Primary PartnerCare Team celebrated Thanksgiving by sharing our favorite foods, ethnic customs and traditions, reminding us all of the beauty and strength of a diverse workforce and family. After sharing a delicious meal and learning more about each other, we all played Thanksgiving Trivia. Thank you to everyone and especially Terry and Carmela who did all the creative work to make it a great success.

Primary PartnerCare is thankful for the incredible work The Mary Brennan INN (Hempstead, NY) does all year long. This Thanksgiving, we were honored to partner with them to make the holiday extra special by collecting and donating 30 Thanksgiving side dish "Fixins" Bags. Together, we’re helping families celebrate with joy and gratitude!
Special thank you for the hard work that Carmela Icarangal and Terry Chen did to make this all happen, and of course the big hearts of the Primary PartnerCare Team.

It was a beautiful day in so many ways... the sunshine, the spirit of coming together for a common cause, the stories of survivors and those fighting the fight.
