Connecting with dedicated doctors, and medical students to bring you the best care possible! 🤝✨

Yesterday, the Reddy Care team had a blast at the New York Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
(NYSPMR) networking event. We loved connecting with established physicians, residents, and medical students to share how our therapy services can effectively support patient recovery.
Between discussing innovative care, hosting booth games, and our stuffed puppy raffle 🐶, it was a fantastic night of building bridges in the medical community!
A huge shoutout to our rep Emily Fair for organizing such a fantastic booth, and to Stan Anto and Payton Gallant for coming out to help!

Whether you’re a patient looking for top-tier physical therapy or a doctor seeking a trusted referral partner, Reddy Care is here for you. 💙

Patients don’t automatically know your experience or expertise. Sharing your accomplishments helps them trust your guidance.

Even one successful patient shows your ability to apply knowledge effectively. Highlighting that builds confidence, strengthens compliance, and helps patients engage fully in their care.

02/28/2026

Patients respond to what they can feel. Small, hands-on adjustments let them experience the difference themselves.

When they feel results from your guidance, trust and confidence grow. Demonstrating expertise this way not only builds compliance, it also reminds you why you chose this work.

02/27/2026

Patients notice more than just instructions, they notice your energy. Showing enthusiasm and genuine passion for what you do makes them trust the process more.

Compliance isn’t only about telling them what to do. It’s about demonstrating that you care, enjoy your work, and believe in the plan.

02/26/2026

When stress is high and fear takes over, sleep disappears. That response is not muscular or cardiac, it is neurological.

The nervous system controls how the body responds to pain and injury. It can adapt, learn, and improve, or it can move in the opposite direction without the right input.

02/25/2026

The best way to know how patients are really feeling is to ask directly. Don’t react to negative answers immediately, take notes and analyze the patterns.

Look at cancellations, reduced visits, or patients stopping care. Use the data to validate issues and adjust the plan before assumptions take over.

02/24/2026

Home exercises train the nervous system to adapt. Each session builds on the last one.The body does not change from one effort. Real progress requires repetition, consistency, and daily reinforcement.

Home programs are not quick fixes. They are the foundation for long term neurological recovery.

02/23/2026

Stop asking patients “How are you?” and start asking about progress. Highlight wins and show them exactly how far they’ve come.

Check back every 3–4 sessions and adjust the plan. Objective follow-ups keep patients motivated, engaged, and improving faster.

02/22/2026

Everyone in physical therapy hears about the home exercise program. You’re told to do it every day, you’re shown how to do it, and you leave with good intentions. But life happens, and suddenly it’s not getting done.

When progress stalls, it’s easy to assume the problem is motivation. The real question is why it’s so hard to follow through in the first place. That’s what this conversation is about: Understanding the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.

02/21/2026

Professionalism is built in small daily habits. Send the update. Keep the physician informed. It shows care, clarity, and organization.

Consistency builds trust over time. That extra effort becomes real credibility. When setbacks happen, trust carries the weight.

02/20/2026

Many people don’t realize how quickly their shoulders roll forward from desk work, phone use, and daily routines. Over time, that position can lead to neck tension, back discomfort, and even balance issues. Practicing the right movement helps retrain your body to stay open, upright, and supported.

It’s a simple habit that can protect your posture and keep you moving with confidence every day.
