Yesterday was the winter solstice - the longest night of the year. π
From this night forward, the light returns one minute more each day. The solstice reminds us that life is cyclical. Our last East Avenue practice coincided with the Winter Solstice purposely. Β The practice was 90 minutes - not rushed, not forced, but intentional honoring where we are and who we are as a community. Β We, as a community, came together to celebrate what we created together 𧑠We moved our bodies and our breath as one and flowed seamlessly through each pose; holding each other up and holding space for each other to feel all the βfeelsβ. Β
Change and transition are natural parts of life. Just as challenging as having the courage to begin is having the courage to complete and celebrate something with a full heart trusting the timing of our lives.
As I look forward to the New Year I am excited for the expanded schedule in Greece starting on 1/2/26 and for all we can create together - we are always better when we are together π«
As says βwhat you say is possible, creates what is possible.β
Happy Holidays,
