Hey everyone! Just a quick update. I've been monitoring the covid situation in Monroe County very closely. Medically necessary massages have recently been added to the list of essential businesses. If we do change to Orange Zone in Greece, I will remain open for those who need massage for pain management, unless I get further instruction from the state. Massage therapy is officially in phase 3! As soon as we get word of when phase 3 is starting for our region, I will let you all know. I'm just so thankful we finally have an official phase. Thank you all for being so patient.

It looks like, as of this afternoon, Massage Therapy is officially not part of phase 2. As such, I am unfortunately unable to take any clients until at least June 14th. I hope everyone is staying safe, and hopefully I will be able to see you soon.

I hope everyone is staying healthy and safe! I found a great link with some ideas for taking care of your mental health during these new and trying times. To add to this already extensive list, creative writing, drawing, and taking advantage of online classes (coursera offers a lot of free ones) is a great way to relieve stress.
