This is a simple, effective, and economical healing modality, leaving you to go about life knowing my Team and I will do the work and update you when it's done! I learned this from a very well-regarded healer in Denver who I have used as my energy healer for four years. She noticed that I was a "healing type," interviewed me for a book she was writing, was curious whether she could teach me her unique healing modality, and encouraged me to give it a try. It works like a charm! Text me a recent closeup (waist up or closer) photo of yourself showing your face and eyes (no masks, sunglasses, or hats with brims, please - a selfie is fine) and a brief explanation of what you need healing for. This can be a physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual concern. 970-388-1181
Pay $25 via Venmo or PayPal. I'll respond via text with the timing of when I expect to do your tune-up within four business days. You don't need to be aware of when I'm doing the work though you may feel its positive effect. After I've completed your tune-up, I'll text you to tell you its done and what I worked on
The remote process is fully as effective as in-person. You may gift tune-ups to your children who are under the age of 18 or anyone else who gives you their explicit permission. You can also purchase five remote healings for a discounted $100 and let me know when you'd like me to do them. You can choose M-F (five days in a row), once a week, or any other configuration. You may be done earlier as we establish a healing relationship, but I block out an hour for each appointment so we don't have to hurry. If it will be your first appointment with me, please plan for an hour and fifteen minutes because we will do an intake process including your history. I ask that you help me watch the clock and stay within your appointment time because I need time for preparation, self-care, and writing notes before and after each session. SETTING APPOINTMENTS
You can text or email me for appointments, and you don't have to wait for my email invitations. If yours is a remote healing, I'll send you a link and we'll "meet" on Zoom. Do something to raise your vibration and make you more receptive to the healing energy before your appointment. Meditate, walk in nature, listen to music - whatever works best for you. Your receptivity is the biggest variable of your session, so this really is a critical step to taking full advantage of our time together. Come to your appointment relaxed, well hydrated, and dressed comfortably. Arrive for your appointment on time in order to receive the benefit of a full session. Please plan to empty your pockets and remove shoes, jewelry, and belts with large buckles during the session. Please "knock & walk," into the house and go upstairs to sit in the living room if for any reason I'm not there to greet you right away. I'm most likely preparing for your session. My healing studio is downstairs, to the right, at the end of the hall. Please be ready to tell me your primary concern, what your intention for the session is, and how you've been feeling physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I may ask questions about many areas of your life as I search for an energetic understanding of your concerns. If it's your first session with me, we'll do a more in-depth history and I'll explain the basics of what I'll be doing during the healing session, answer your questions, etc. You'll lay on your back on my massage table (or your couch or bed if it's a remote session), fully clothed, and relax while I work on you. While an occasional adjustment for your comfort, like adding a blanket, is fine, it is important for the session to remain as uninterrupted as possible to allow you to enter into your highest level of receptivity to the healing energy. When the healing session is over I'll let you know and give you time to rest quietly while the healing work integrates and you fully return to your body. Once you're sitting up I will offer you water because it is important to move any dead energy, created by the work we've done, out of your field. The healing will continue to integrate for at least 24 hours, so self-care is very important during this time. It's best to drink lots of water and avoid alcohol and recreational drugs. Set your next appointment if you feel it would be in the best interest of your healing journey. This type of healing builds upon itself, gaining momentum, so it depends on what you are working on - and you know your needs better than anyone! That's it!
