Join me as we walk through the basics of how our Lymphatic and Immune system works together and supports us, ground into our bodies and the space through a guided group meditation, then set our intentions for the medicine we will make.

Once informed and settled, we will be making individual batches of fresh Fire Cider. A powerful herbal tonic that is great for kicking any cold, allergies, or first sign of illness.

Before heading off, I'll also be demonstrating a simple self-lymphatic drainage massage for the face, head, and neck! This will aid in circulation of our lymph and energy, and increase our immunity and vitality overall.

In my house, if I got it that means you got it too.

Which is why I created my Integrated Body & Energy work sessions so we can address the multitude of issues that the body can be dealing with all in one session with different massage modality, tools, techniques, and somatic experiencing. Without having to worry about only doing "Deep Tissue" or only doing Cupping therapy, etc. if other techniques and modalities can better suit what's happening in real time, not what you thought you needed 2 weeks ago when you booked the appointment.

This isn't another routine, this is focused, intentional, and educated care that goes beyond the surface level relaxation massage and makes real change in the body and mind.
