My favorite go-to snack (I sometimes have this 2-3 times a day)

-6 ounces plain fat free Greek yogurt
-1/2 Scoop protein powder (any flavor)
*Mix it all up real good*

-Top with 1 Tbsp. Barleans Omega 3
PLUS
-1/4 cup Grain Free Granola

*ENJOY*

30g Protein
15g Carbs
15g Fat

315 calories

FOR MUSCLE GAIN: add a banana plus 1-2 Tbsp honey, and you can swap in a normal Granola instead of the grain free. Higher carbs and calories along with your protein equals more muscle growth
