Our newest aircraft, Med Evac 4, based in Casper, Wyoming, has obtained its final validation to carry and administer a range of blood products. Every flight is equipped with a specially designed cooler that is electronically monitored to maintain a safe storage environment for blood products. We work closely with the hospital to rotate blood units every 48-72 hours, minimizing waste and ensuring their availability to our most critical patients 24/7. Multi agency search for missing at risk adult.

The Sterling Police Department and Sterling Fire Department are actively searching for Sam Stein, a 21-year-old who was reported missing Thursday afternoon.

Sam is a young man with autism who became upset and left his home around midnight last night. His relatives indicate he left last night and has not returned.

Sam was last seen around 1:00 a.m. Meanwhile, officers are checking the places he usually frequents, but are also asking for the community's help to locate him.

Anyone who has seen him or has information on his possible whereabouts should contact the Sterling Emergency Communications center at 970-522-3512.

If anyone sees him right now, please call 911 immediately.

Authorities are also asking for information to be shared to help find him safe and sound.
