North Range Behavioral Health provides comprehensive, professional mental health and addiction services to children, youth, adults, and families, across a wide spectrum of needs. We serve people with insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, CHP+, those without insurance, and those who prefer to pay out-of-pocket. Most services can be provided in English and Spanish by bilingual, culturally sensitive behavioral health professionals. Happy World Kindness day everyone! 💝🌎🙏

Today invites us to pause & reflect on how small acts of kindness ripple outward. While we often think of kindness as something we offer to others, it’s just as important to turn that same care inward. Many of us hold ourselves to high standards & speak to ourselves in ways we would never speak to a loved one. Self-compassion allows us to recognize that we are human: imperfect, growing, and worthy of grace.

Self-compassion doesn’t have to be complicated. It can look like pausing to take a deep breath, replacing negative self-talk with words of encouragement, or giving yourself permission to rest.

This World Kindness Day, consider one simple way you can be gentle with yourself, and let that kindness set the tone for the rest of your day ☀️
