"(IPS) really focuses on the person's individual (employment) preference, and I love that piece of it...We start with 'what excites you, what motivates you, what are your interests, what's your dream job?' and then we drill down from there... When people enjoy their jobs, they GET to go to work, and that's such a big part of mental wellness."
