Heart to Heart is a no-cost 8-week closed support group hosted by the Community Grief Center and North Range's Su***de Education and Support Services program.

💙A new cohort will start May 4th and will be from 5:30pm-7pm each Monday until June 29th (Monday May 25th will be skipped for the holiday).
💙This group will meet at the Community Grief Center in Greeley.
💙Participants must complete an intake with the Community Grief Center before the group starts.

North Range Behavioral Health’s Counseling Centers provide accessible outpatient behavioral health services designed to support individuals, couples, and families in improving their mental health and overall wellbeing.

When asked about what people gain from therapy, she reflects, “What are things you need to be more successful in life? What are some things we can teach you to do and then have you practice outside of therapy so that you can be more successful?...Therapy is a place where you can find that safety, find the right fit, and let us help you come and grow, and then go and live your life!”
