I’m excited to announce that some of my artwork is for sale at in Greeley! I have been working on using alcohol inks in paintings, ornaments and trinket dishes. I also have hand painted journals, photo cards, and encaustic artwork with more to come!

We’re headed to Hawaii for our first Art & Soul Care Refresh Retreat! Thankful all the preparations are done, bags are packed and our hearts are ready. Can’t wait!

Quick painting + movement tonight to process my day.

Started with dumping my feelings onto the paper through scribbles, words and prayers. Added paint and started mixing. Drew into the wet paint with the point of the brush handle.

While the paint was drying, I listened and participated to the podcast #771 RevX: Rooted and Grounded, which is exactly how I feel now.

Jesus met me with freedom through movement in every way.

What does self care look like for you? What is essential and what do you consider a luxury?

Many of us worry about being selfish and get caught up in taking care of everything and everyone. I suspect we need more of the essentials and less shame. As a wise friend recently said, you can’t pour into others if you’re empty.

Praying you can take a few deep breaths today, entering into the week after a long weekend.

Worship + Art + Movement

Feeling grateful and excited for this incredible combination. I spent the weekend with a small team of amazing women working on our retreat format and practicing these beautiful elements. We shared our hearts, our hurts and our hopes.

We still have details and timing to be worked out, but we’ll keep you posted for upcoming retreats and events as they are planned. We’re excited for more!
