Did you know that if your sway back disappears when you sit down, it's a sign that your psoas muscles are tight?

You can address tight psoas with the help of a skilled body worker, lunge stretches, or resting on your back with your legs and knees at right angles.

But the real fix for tight psoas muscles is learning to "glidewalk", where every single step you take becomes a gentle stretch for the psoas.

Many of us think the key to flexibility is pushing our tight muscles to the max, but overstretching can actually do more harm than good.
