Many of us think the key to flexibility is pushing our tight muscles to the max, but overstretching can actually do more harm than good.

Our students discover a different path: as posture improves and neglected muscles regain strength, tight muscles gradually let go on their own. No more repeatedly “stretching out” muscles that feel just as tight the next day.

💡 The takeaway: flexibility isn’t about forcing your body into extremes; it’s about building strength, restoring alignment, and letting your muscles do their jobs naturally.
