I'm collecting donations to go towards Life Stories for Christmas gifts for neglected and abused children. I'm focusing on teenagers this year. Here is a list of things they're requesting. Gift cards to Walmart are high on the list because it gives them the freedom to pick out what they really want! Please drop off donations at my office 😃 I appreciate everyone that helps this cause 💕 I'll need to drop off the donations by December 5th.

Many households are struggling to afford groceries, and local food banks are feeling the squeeze so we want to help. Let’s do what our community does best — show up with love. 💕 (And a lot of food!)

I highly recommend this place for any of my clients looking to improve their fitness and health! Some gyms can be intimidating but everyone here is super friendly and encouraging! It's a very comfortable and fun environment.

Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common causes of foot pain. It is inflammation of a thick band of tissue called the plantar fascia. There can also be micro tears in the fascia or near its attachment to the heel bone.

Symptoms of plantar fasciitis are:
- Pain on the plantar aspect of the heel
- May be accompanied by stiffness
- Symptoms often experienced upon taking the first steps in the morning or after prolonged sitting or rest
- Symptoms alleviated as the heel "warms up" with moderate activity, but the pain returns again during or after exercise

Acupuncture is very effective at treating the pain and inflammation of plantar fasciitis, as well as helping it heal 😃 Call me to schedule an appointment if you've been having these aggravating symptoms
