Little skills = big wins!
Many of the skills children learn in occupational therapy may seem small, but they make a big difference in everyday life.
Skills like:
• Buttoning a shirt.
• Holding a spoon.
• Using scissors.
• Managing sensory input.
• Playing with peers.
These everyday milestones help children build confidence and independence as they grow. During Occupational Therapy Awareness Month, we’re celebrating the many ways occupational therapists help children reach these important moments.
