✨ Meet Lillian ✨

Lillian (she/her) was a gymnast for about 14 years & still loves to practice inversions regularly. In her personal life, she enjoys lifting weights, doing yoga, running & has recently been training for a triathlon! She values that her physical practices allow her to be much more present day to day & focus inward.

She has a bachelors in exercise science, a masters in exercise physiology, currently works as a personal trainer. She believes movement is for everyone and that part of the journey is finding what forms of movement align with each individual. She says, “Movement has always been a big part of my life & it’s something that I have a passion to share with other people. I think it has the ability to transform us both physically & mentally into the most empowered versions of ourselves. I believe movement is a gift and a lifelong practice.”

✨ Meet Megan ✨

Megan (she/her) is a Wyoming native, lover of the outdoors, and moving her body. She started practicing yoga for the physical benefits and the wonderful community it provides.

Shortly after moving to Greeley, she started taking classes at Balanced Movement for the variety of classes offered. Megan has been practicing yoga for several years and completed her 200 hour YTT in 2023 where she began to deepen her practice and found an abundance of healing through yoga. As a social work graduate student and mental health professional, yoga helps her stay grounded.

Megan strives to create a space where people feel comfortable listening to their bodies and moving in alignment with body, mind, and spirit. She aims to promote mindfulness practices through yoga on and off the mat.
