Yesterday was truly one for the books 🤍✨

I felt so loved celebrating another trip around the sun… from my sister flying in from Denver to be with me, to time with family, a cozy cookout, crystal hunting, signing up for a new spiritual class, a sweet lunch date, and ending the day making a candle at Luna Glow followed by a beautiful sound bath from

My heart is so full. I’m beyond grateful for the people in my life who showed up and made the day feel so special. Thank you for all the love, messages, and moments—I’m carrying it all with me into this next chapter ✨

Feeling so incredibly grateful for everyone who came out to SALT last night 🤍

It was such a beautiful turnout, and truly an honor to hold space for each of you. The energy in the room was so special — filled with presence, openness, and intention. Moments like these remind me why I love what I do so deeply.
