We are still finishing the other rooms in our office, adding holistic wellness practitioners to the team, and finishing the full website. Thank you for your patience and support as we get off the ground.

Major transitions in our daily routine are shocking to our nervous system, even if the changes are good. That's why we're taking our time, allowing plenty of space for integration. This way, we can be present and fully charged for your service.

This is a text I received from my first-time mama friend, shortly after a post-partum health coaching session. When creating life, a woman's body will literally give everything it can to the baby, even if that means pulling nutrients from her own bones and tissues and making them available for the baby. It is extremely important to replenish a post partum body with high-quality food and lots of it. Undernourished mamas are prone to developing all sorts of preventable diseases as time goes on, and the demands of motherhood never cease.

It fills my cup to overflowing to know that she and her hubby are now banding together to prioritize their own nutrition, despite sleep deprivation and chaos.
