" yoga is unity. it wakes us up to the truth and interrupting harm. your yoga is to speak up and act about it. NOT just practice and ignore or turn away. because we are all CONNECTED. in this moment yoga teachers should be saying things like:
"this is so wrong."
" i share your rage and grief."
" im exploring ahimsa as interrupting harm."
"its okay not to do it perfectly just do something."
yoga teachers - your voice matters.
your people trust you and need to hear you.
