PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT (PCA)
-Individual must be compassionate and caring with an in-depth knowledge of best care practices in providing personal health care.
-Must be a highly dependable, responsible, motivated individual to work in a home setting.
-Assisting residents with preparing meals, medication, recreation, transportation to and from work and appointments, money management among other daily care needs.
-Must be able to work independently, complete daily documentation, filing, perform housekeeping tasks, be well organized, reliable, maintain a clean environment, and have excellent communication and people skills.
-Hiring overnight sleep PCA, 8:00pm-8:30am weekday M-F, Full time Flexible scheduling. Occasional weekend as needed.
-Must be 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license. 1-2 years caregiver experience preferred, but not required. Must be able to pass a background check.
-Full training provided. Pay range $16.00-18.50hr . Weekend day pay differential.
-Opportunities for overtime and raises. Holiday pay, $200.00 bonus after 90 days.
