The Gathering Place is a non-profit peer run recovery center for adults with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders.

We provide peer support services to support individuals on their recovery journey.

If you are in need of a warming shelter, please know that the Micah Center and Safe Haven Pet Sanctuary will be open and available.

The Gathering Place will be open New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day from 10:00am to 4:30pm. We will be having snacks and soda on New Year’s Eve from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. The Gathering Place wishes everyone a safe and happy New Year’s Eve! 🎉

In preparation for Giving Tuesday this next Tuesday, December 2nd, The Gathering Place is asking for donations to help our program costs for our members.
Any donations would help greatly. Thank you to our generous donors and our supporters that makes The Gathering Place such a great resource for our community!

The Gathering Place will be closed tomorrow, November 27th, for Thanksgiving. We will re-open Friday, November 28th, at 10:00am. We will also be having our Thanksgiving Dinner on Friday, November 28th, at 5:00pm. There will be no open mic on Friday, that way everyone can enjoy dinner and spending time with each other.
