Here's an interesting study on the effects that poor sleep can have on pain.

🚨 Poor Sleep = WAY more pain. Science proves it (Sleep deprivation measured relative Pain measured via VAS 0 - 100 scale):

~ Total sleep deprivation - Pain 🆙 +20 to +30
~ Only 4 hours - 🆙 +10 to +20
~ Chronic 5 - 6 hours/night - 🆙 +10 to +25
~ Fragmented sleep - 🆙 +5 to +15
