Work hands on with 3 physicians in an energetic, fast-paced, independent, specialty surgical practice. Assist with an extensive variety of procedures while providing our valued patients with high quality care and the top-notch customer service they expect and deserve.
Assist with in office procedures such as - facelifts, blepharoplasty, skin lesions, carpal tunnel, trigger finger, skin cancers, liposuction and tissue expander injections. Room patients. Provide patient education. Perform blood draws and follow-up on labs. Schedule appts, including in-office procedures. Triage phone calls. Complete disability forms. Perform various support functions for the clinic as needed, including the preparation of and restocking of exam rooms.
Qualifications include a valid WI RN license, 2-3 years of patient care, office experience preferred but not required. Ability to build a strong rapport with patients. Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with patients and staff. Must possess strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple duties, prioritize appropriately, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
