Every January 31st, you're encouraged to pause and reflect on how art affects you. Inspire Your Heart With Art Day recognizes that what moves me might be different from what moves you, but that's what makes artistic achievement so special. It makes us laugh, cry, and sometimes even changes the way we see the world.

If you are able, take some time today to embrace art in your own way:
🔹Read a good book
🔹Listen to music
🔹Watch an inspirational film
🔹Visit an art gallery
🔹Share your own art with someone else
