On this first day of spring, we'll see some rapidly melting snow!

All this sudden liquid can lead to flooding, roof and gutter issues, and even mold if water gets inside your home. Take time to safely check your gutters, watch where water is draining, and remove snow when needed. If water enters your home, clean and dry it quickly to help prevent mold growth. Always put safety first—if it doesn’t feel safe, call a professional.

Stay prepared and stay safe!

Attention homeowners: With the snow melting and warmer temperatures, it’s a great time to check that your sump pump is working properly, and not connected to the sanitary sewer.
Taking action now can help prevent a basement backup.
