Jenstar Movement Studio Our mission through movement is to inspire you to take care of your health and wellbeing! We believe that fitness in multi-dimensional.

Jenstar provides an atmosphere where you can be yourself on the path to optimal health and positive change. It is a blend of physical movement, mental wellness, nutrition, life skills, social circle (community) ect. That philosophy is integrated into what we do here. It's not JUST about the workout... it's a work inward, too. Whether our class offerings are online or in-person, we continue to hold energy space for people to come together and work at their own pace. Are you willing to show up for yourself, even when life is messy? CLASSES: Our weekly schedule includes both in-person classes and virtual options with 72hr playback options for those that can't attend. Private | Corporate Classes can be accommodated based on instructor availability. CURRENT OFFERINGS: We offer a variety of yoga styles, barre fusion classes, and beginner/Intermediate adult dance classes based in traditional techniques such as hip-hop and lyrical. 🌀This 60 minute class focuses on using gentle movement in a repetitive phrase to help the practitioner be guided into a meditative state.

😮‍💨Class will begin with breath work and then progress into a gentle series of standing movements (or sit in a chair) designed to connect you with your higher self. We will finish with some light journaling and opportunity to share (optional) any beautiful things that may have come through during your movement meditation.

Thursdays at 8:30am and 6:00pm

Yin Yoga is a type of yoga in which poses, mostly seated, are held for 2 to 5 minutes. The longer holds allow for a healthy stress to connective tissue and fascia to release, relax and become longer and stronger increasing mobility and flexibility in the body.

Holding poses for longer lengths of time allows for pockets of quiet for meditation and promotes a more contemplative, non-reactive quality of mind.

Yin Yoga is a non-flow style perfect for all ages and levels.

What you need: a yoga mat and water bottle.

Join Ashley Deprey-Peeters and Sarah Evenson for a deeply nourishing 75-minute candlelit restorative yoga experience designed to harmonize your nervous system, revitalize your entire being, and awaken the wisdom of your internal waters.

This intimate class weaves together grounding restorative postures—supported with bolsters, blankets, and props for deep release—meditative water-language, and breathwork.

You’ll be guided to surrender into stillness through long-held, gravity-supported poses (3–10 minutes), finishing with a serenity savasana float absorbing the healing resonance of 528hz from Sarah’s Quartz Crystal Harp—known to support heart and cellular regeneration.

Our Story

Our overall mission is to encourage you to be proactive around your wellbeing (mind, body, and spirit) and reconnect daily with the best version of yourself through the high-vibe movement classes we offer! Jenstar Movement Studio provides an atmosphere where you can be yourself on the path to good health and positive change.

Encompassing a diverse range of classes, the studio offers: Various Styles of yoga (Vinyasa, Prenatal, Kundalini, Beginner/Slow Flow Yoga), Barre Fitness, Adult Dance/Belly Dance classes, and Body Weight Boot Camp. In addition, we offer informative wellness workshops and occasionally offer specialty classes like Mommy + Me Yoga, Kids Yoga, and monthly Restorative Yoga.

Jenstar is known for it’s positive community involvement throughout the Green Bay area. The studio and teachers often volunteer their time and talents to raise funds and awareness for local charities. Jenstar has raised over $50,000 for local (and some national) causes. In the summer, Yoga on the Deck, is a popular free class located on City Deck in Downtown Green Bay offering the benefit of yoga for everyone of all levels.
