Exposure to natural environments can lower stress cortisol, reduce depressive symptoms, increase emotional regulation, regulate serotonin and the circadian rhythm, improve energy and motivation, and remove barriers for those who feel increased stress in office settings.

I now accept certain insurance, this currently includes: Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, Quest Behavioral Health, Ascension, and Carelon Behavioral Health. Currently waitlisted for: United Healthcare

Check in with me if you go through any of these companies, and I can let you know what your copay would be running sessions through insurance. I want things to be as cheap as possible. 👍🏼

Message to Clients: Baby Benny arrived preterm Sunday afternoon via emergency C Section at 5 lbs 10 ounces & 17.5 inches long. He is totally healthy, and we are doing great. Clients and Friends: I am SO excited to be able to share this with you! As many of you know, I came from the amazing team at Baeten Counseling. I chose to open a private practice when it closed, but many of my colleagues joined Tina Baeten at Weston Psychiatric.
