🌿 I am so proud to be a therapist in this career of healing 🌿

Over the past few months I have had the privilege to learn and train in the massage style of "Ashiatsu" or barefoot massage!

✨ The style ✨
1. Works deeper into the tissue to release tension
2. Improves lymphatic and blood circulation
3. Helps with flexibility and spine elongation
4. Deeply hydrates the tissue
5. Has no residual soreness afterwards
6. Massage effects last longer than traditional massage

🌿 There is so much in the world of massage and bodywork therapy to discover! I am so humbled by the encouragement and enthusiasm that I have received as I deepen my knowledge of this trade, I thank you very much for reading and letting me share. 🌿
