New month means new theme and specials!!

Instead of your usually little green leprechaun, we’ve decided to highlight another green character! SHREK 🧌

Some exciting news…we have changed our workout schedules a tad bit! Since they have become popular, we’ve decided to do 3 days instead of 2. With a total of 4 class options, I’m sure we’ll see you at one soon!
