Flinstone February is here and boy are we excited about this one!
All teas are inspired from the Flinstone push-up ice cream flavors. Very nostalgic 🫶🏼
Saturday is our first FREE event at the club that other local nutrition clubs have joined together to throw for our ladies! Please ask for more info so you can come relax and decorate some candles with us!

***With Herbalife’s most recent price increase, we still want to make your trips to the club affordable. There will only be a minor increase on SELECT beverages that include any features products (H3O, collagen, best defense, beverage mix, etc.) To help with this transition, we have recently dropped the price on a few of our homemade snacks.
We appreciate your understanding and are always open to talk about how you can get a discount on YOUR OWN products too 🫶🏼

As we bring January to an end, we have one more set of Jetsons themes drinks for you all! “Intergalactic” is a fun dip inspired tea and “Fergie” is a Butterfinger Cheesecake shake. I don’t know about you…but everything tastes better when you turn it into a cheesecake 🤤

A few days with split hours incase you need to satisfy a shake craving for dinner or get an extra boost of clean energy to get you through the rest of the day, without keeping you up all night either!

This is the last week to drop off any new or GENTLY used clothing items, shoes, hygiene products, or outerwear for the families over at Fort Howard Elementary School.

Saturday we will be doing a soft launch for our protein waffle bar and maybe a Shrek themed drink or 2 😉 Cuz we can’t be the only ones who think of Donkey every time someone mentions waffles 🧇 🫏 It would feel like a missed opportunity and we aren’t passing any of those up in 2026!

Tomorrow is MLK Jr. Day and we are there dark and early 😅

Children don’t have school so the boys are just so excited to be there for 5am to whip up your shakes and teas 🥰

Bring YOUR mini in for a fun kids breakfast shake! They love the cereal options 🙃 Maybe even add some protein coffee to yours to help you get through the day 🐝

Almost half way through January. How are you doing with your goals and resolutions? It’s not too late to get some going or recover from any slip ups we may have already made.
(I know I may have had a snickers or 2 😅)
But that’s what workouts are for! Join us Wednesday or Sunday to get a nice sweat in!

Monday we are open an extra hour! Can’t wait to see you all!

First class of 2026 and did they show out!
First 2 guys to join a class and this is HUGE! We actually made them sweat 😅

To only expect 4 people and it turned into 7, is what filled our hearts the most 🫶🏼 They completed 2 rounds of a full body workout and didn’t run away before we could take a selfie 😅

All fitness levels welcome! We have a modification for everyone! Catch us Sunday 🤞🏼
