Things to achieve this accomplishment:
1) Independent on living on own
2) Grocery Shops on own
3) Makes her own meals independently
4) Uses public transportation to access community verses formal transportation which is costly tax payer service
5) Community Employed in permanent position
6) Met all program goals.

You have established a true independent lifestyle that will set you up for long-term success. Be so proud of yourself.

Achievement Friday: Very last post on this gentleman. I find this captured moment fitting since it is Vince Lombardi Statue in background. A man that represented resilience and winning mentality. Found out that this former participant just accepted third employment opportunity. He’ll be working three jobs now, incredible.

✅ Independent with Metro Bus System
✅ Lives in his OWN apartment
✅ Works 2 jobs
✅ Independent going to his commitments
✅ Independent with Grocery Shopping
✅ Independent with Making Meals
✅ Maintains himself and his apartment
✅ Has met all goals from care team 👏
✅ Pays his bills on time every month
✅ Independent with Community Integration

Look who graduated the following skills: Soft Skills, Money Management, Time Management and Staying Active. Bravo!!! We are so happy and grateful we have been given an opportunity to be a part of your journey and success. I sure will miss this smile and positive energy he brought to our group. He will be missed… but we are so proud of him.
