Happy birthday to my numero uno! I’ve always liked the saying better half, like ‘how is your better half?’, or ‘what is you better half up to today?’ My answer would be that my better half is keeping my family close together, raising two very loving, kind, and respectful kids, and putting up with her husbands shenanigans all day every day! I think in my particular case we have to look at ‘better half’ as if it’s 50/50. In my case far far far far better half is needed. So ‘how is your far far far far better half?’ Would apply to me. 5 fars is too much tho and feels like at that point you’re just digging in a bit. So happy birthday to my far far far far better half by next year we’ll have to double fars! To my love!

This past weekend was a blast! I had so much fun at the in Eugene, Oregon . I have to thank the Pappas family and for the hospitality! They allowed us to set up and treat all these wonderful people and highly skilled athletes! A lot of respect goes out to all the athletes waiting 5 years just for a shot at the olympics and to give it their all is amazing to watch. It was also Father’s Day weekend and I got to spend it with mine doing what we love to do, It’s hard to put into words how much that means but when you know you know. . No matter how amazing an event it’s not as amazing as flying home to your kids and your loving wife

Get out there and walk people!

Walking is a great, versatile exercise for many individuals. We can incorporate into daily tasks, such as grabbing the mail, grocery shopping, etc. We can make it a reason to catch up with family and/or friends. Our fur friends also benefit from exercising with us on a walk.

Whichever way you incorporate a walk into your day, make sure to do so today and everyday.
