As UPS works to recover from last night’s tragic plane crash, we wanted to provide an update for our customers.
Since UPS had to halt its air operations temporarily, deliveries are now behind schedule. That means that shipments leaving our Lab may experience a delay of one or two days. Similarly, shipments coming to the Lab may be delayed.
We know these delays are frustrating, so we appreciate your grace and understanding. As we all work through this together, our hearts go out to the families and team members impacted by this truly heartbreaking event ❤️
