It’s crucial to support our military community and express gratitude to every veteran for their service. Some veterans lose their fight due to their experiences. Today, I supported a Veteran Su***de Walk and had the honor of meeting a family who sadly lost Vito. Remember, people are battling unseen struggles; let’s be kind, supportive, and embrace each other with love. You never truly know what someone is enduring. Today we added another leaf to our “FOREVER TREE”. What a wonderful celebration of life. This man was cherished by countless individuals and that was evident by the amout of people who came to celebrate him. He had a passion for hunting and fishing, and it truly reflected in his life. Today, I had the privilege of meeting many people who held Eric close to their hearts. He was a simple man who embraced life, valuing his moments with family and enjoying teaching his son about the great outdoors. It was a joy to have hosted this celebration. This family was remarkable, and they did an absolutely fantastic job making this day memorable. Forever loved and missed, Eric Seeman.

We added another leaf to our "FOREVER TREE." This celebration was particularly special because it turns out that this woman was known by Greg. He grew up with her family and was very familiar with them. Jill was vibrant and full of love. She would often add smiley faces to her notes, which is why there were balloons… and she had a fondness for the color red. I was truly amazed by the stunning colors and decorations that her daughter and family created. One thing that struck me as especially meaningful was that Jill wrote letters to her family, and her daughter read a few of them. What a heartfelt gift from Jill to her loved ones. A big thank you to the entire family for letting us host such a beautiful celebration. It was a true honor…

A little about us 💖

Following the loss of her daughter, Melissa Maloney founded A Gathering For You , a business born from a mother's grief that's now working to disrupt a tradition-bound industry.

After struggling to find a space that felt right for their daughter's celebration of life, Melissa and her husband Greg created a venue designed specifically for memorials. Unlike traditional funeral homes, the space is warm and inviting, complete with customizable lighting, comfortable seating and a kitchen for families to bring their own food.

"I just wanted somewhere people could go and celebrate their loved one at a nice venue and not cost $10,000 to do it," Maloney says.
