Intro:

Hey Bode fam - I’m Stormi, but I’m sure some of you know me from Symba’s! I am thrilled to be joining the family!

In high school I was never super active, but when I graduated I went into the Law Enforcement academy so I kind of had to be. I hated it at first, then fell in love with everything about fitness, losing just under 100lbs. Along with falling in love with the gym, I struggled quite a bit mentally followed by an eating disorder. The scale was my best friend and seeing the number get lower and lower was an addiction. I turned things around, started doing things the right way, left the academy, and got my personal training/nutrition certifications so I could help people not go down the ugly path I did. I see fitness as both physical AND mental. To see people become more confident, mentally strong, and have a healthier lifestyle brings me the most joy I’ve ever experienced. It truly is my biggest passion helping others transform themselves. I would love to help anyone do that, so I’m ready for the journey when you’re ready for the journey! Can’t wait to work with some of you 😋

bode family please help welcome Alexander Martel aka Diesel to ‘team bode’! You’ll see him training mostly at 4:30p and occasional Saturdays!

Bio:

Hello everyone! My name is Alex Martel and I am super excited to join the Bode Team! I am originally from Franklin, WI and after high school I joined the United States Marine Corps and gave 4 years active duty primarily based in San Diego, CA. I currently live in Sobieski with my wonderful fiancé Alyssa and our big yellow lab Ember. We have been members at Bode going on 5 years now and we love it! Some of my hobbies include golfing, shooting clays, playing whatever pickup sports and obviously lake days and bonfires. Sports and being active are a major part of my life and have been since I was a kid - from playing soccer and baseball as a kid to playing football and rugby as an adult. Being a competitive person I needed to find a gym that embodied a certain intensity in the workouts to get the most out of training and Bode does just that! I love the energy, camaraderie, and intensity brought forth each and every workout. I am so excited for this opportunity and I promise to “bring it” every time I train! Cheers!
