We are thrilled to welcome Ashley Van Handel to our supervisory team at Flourish! 🌿

“Ashley Van Handel is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about helping others and is dedicated to making a positive impact for children and their families. She began working in the field of ABA in 2019 as a behavior technician. She has been a BCBA since 2023 after completing a Bachelor’s degree in psychology at Michigan Technological University in 2021 and a Master’s degree in Psychology, specializing in Behavior Analysis at Marquette University in 2023. She is excited to continue to pursue her passion of helping others at Flourish.”

✨ Ashley has already jumped right in at Flourish and has been providing phenomenal feedback to our technicians and BTTs. We are so excited for our families to get to know Ashley and see the impact that she will make with our clients and team!

Today for our staff meeting our supervisor team nominated our first Wildflower of the Month, Miss Shelly! 🌸

Our Wildflower of the Month stands for someone who, like a wildflower, stands out by thriving in their environment, uplifting others, and bringing beauty, resilience and authenticity to the space around them!

Shelly has been such a strong team member since the beginning of her time working at Flourish. She is doing a phenomenal job pairing with her clients, training new employees, she is kind to all team members, consistent with her attendance and is willing to help pick up shifts. Thank you for being such a wonderful team member and teacher for your clients to look up to. You *grow* girl🌷🌼🌿

We have another RBT in the house!! ✨

Our team is so incredibly proud of Shelly and the hard work and dedication she has put in to become an RBT. Although Shelly is new to the field of ABA, she has showed dedication to learning and to the children she works with. She is so compassionate to all of her clients and continues to make a difference!

“I have been in the ABA field since February 2021. I fell in love with helping out kids with autism and making a difference. I recently moved closer to Green Bay and wanted to continue being an RBT and a good friend of mine recommended Flourish as she used to work with Jenna! I am very excited to start my next journey with them! Outside of work I love to do anything outdoors and being with friends and family!“

Meet the Flourish Team! 🌿

“Hello, I am Larissa! I have loved helping others and being around children for as long as I can remember. In 2018, I was introduced to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and since then I have discovered that supporting children as a Behavioral Treatment Technician is incredibly rewarding. I am eager to renew my Registered Behavior Technician certification and continuing to make a difference in the lives of others!”
