🦄✨Our learners were chasing magic during Unicorn Week, leaving a little sparkle everywhere they went during Week 8 of our Little Sprouts Class!

Our learners had an enchanting time diving into all things Unicorn practicing sharing materials, turn-taking, and fine motor skills. We decorated our very own unicorns, practiced friendly competition with unicorn tic-tac-toe ❌⭕, and built focus and patience while playing pin the horn on the unicorn 🦄.

Installment 2 of 3 for our sensory gym!🌟

We’ve added a custom made swingset for our sensory gym to better support our clients and their sensory needs! Swinging can be a powerful tool for regulation and help children with balance, coordination and calming the body. 🌀

We are so excited to continue to see our clients explore, play and grow with this new addition to our clinic. 🤍

Zoo Week was a ROAR-ing success in our Little Sprouts class! 🦒🌿

Our learners had so much fun exploring, playing, and growing through hands-on activities all week long.

We worked together to:
🦁create our very own class lion
🦛practiced turn-taking with Hungry Hungry Hippos
🐼sharpened our observation skills with a panda search & find
🎯🦁and shared lots of laughs during Pin the Mane on the Lion!

We also got our bodies moving with zoo animal movements—stomping like elephants, hopping like kangaroos, and stretching tall like giraffes! 🐘🦘🦒

So proud of our little learners for their teamwork, creativity, and amazing participation all week long! 💚

Installment 1 of 3 for our sensory gym ✅

We couldn’t be more grateful for our friends at Chad Bolle Construction for creating and installing a beautiful rock wall in our sensory gym. Their hard work, craftsmanship and attention to detail have created a space where our clients can build strength, confidence and joy every day! 🧗🏼‍♀️✨

Congratulations to Erika on being our Wildflower for the month of March! 🌸

Erika has been such an amazing addition to our team at Flourish. She is such a dedicated team member but also a super woman completing her Master’s program while working and taking care of her own kiddos. When overlapping with Erika you can just feel the compassion and care come off of her, it is so special. She pays extra attention to detail and implements feedback immediately.

“Hi, I’m Erika! I earned my bachelor’s degree in General Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay, and also hold a bachelor’s degree in Studio Arts. I am originally from Lansing, Michigan; and am currently enrolled at Capella University, where I am pursuing my master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. In my free time, I enjoy painting and writing.”

We are so proud of Val and her determination and hard work she’s put in to studying and passing this test. Since starting at Flourish she has been so amazing with taking feedback and implementing it immediately as well as being such a positive and helpful team member! 🙌🏻

Love was in the air for Week 6 of our Little Sprouts Class! 🌹❤️

Our learners had so much fun celebrating with fun and engaging activities that targeted social skills, turn-taking and teamwork.
💌 We danced our hearts out at Valentines Learn and Dance Song
💌 Practiced coordination and number I.D. during a smash cup activity
💌 Built focus and patience during our Valentine heart ring toss game
💌And to wrap it up we challenged our thinking skills with a friendly game of Tic Tac Toe ❌⭕️

We are so proud of all of our learners hard work, smiles and progress that we continue to see! 😍

Happy 1 year anniversary to the amazing Halle Smith! 🌿

We are so thankful to have had Halle on our team for a year already, the time has truly flown by! Halle is such a hard worker in and outside of the clinic and gives her all everyday to the learners that she works with. Her hard work, willingness to learn and passion for helping others does not go unnoticed.
