I absolutely love when family practices together and when Barbara shared she was bringing her 16-year old granddaughter to her first yoga class I was so happy. In just a matter of seconds I thought how awesome that they have this relationship and I hope this is me someday with my grandkids. I had the honor of capturing this moment. 💜

Sharing this because yoga is special on its own, just you and your mat, but even more so when you share it with your people!
