Aka: any effort that takes a tremendous amount of effort to stay “on-track” … won’t continue after some time.

For example, greens. Horrible, nearly inedible, on their own, we agree. It’s fat and sweetener in dressings make the greens come alive! It’s as if the dressing unlocks the joys of bitterness to be experienced in greens. Dressing brings a salad from being inedible, to actually enjoyable!

Essentially, if you restrict fats and sweets, your nutrition will suffer, because you’ll resist eating bitter, uninteresting and unsatisfying food.

Unless of course you’re a giraffe, cow, or other animal in which case you enjoy eating plain ‘ole… grass.

You have many sides of you. You wear many hats. I’m a wife, mom, daughter, sister entrepreneur, among other things. My kids could even consider me a doctor, chef and professional cleaner.

You deserve to be seen: all sides of you. Allow your work life, your home life, your personal ambitions meld. Let them integrate, be whole.
